Since joining I have noticed great comrade-ship within all team members at different levels of the career ladder and across multiple departments. Collaboration within teams isn't siloed at all, there is plenty of opportunity to understand the mindset, work-style, and workflows within each team - giving me a holistic understanding of how each person plays an important role toward the company goals. No matter where you are on the ladder, you can see your work have a measurable impact on the business which is a great intrinsic motivator for your early career. More importantly, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed - weekly shoutouts for colleagues who go 'over and beyond' is only one example.
