Honestly, nothing major to highlight. Like any growing company, there are occasional challenges, but management handles them well.

The company does offer opportunities to put your knowledge into practice, the main focus is solely on completing the work. Code quality and reliability are largely ignored.

The company has a history of terminating employees who work late nights and Sundays, often without proper justification. Despite employees' continuous hard work, there are no pay raises or appreciation; instead, criticism is more common. If sent to a client location, employees often have to beg for reimbursement of their expenses. Requesting leave is met with difficulty. While managers can leave without notice, employees are required to find their own replacements. The stated work hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, but leaving at the scheduled time is frowned upon and criticized publicly.Many employees got terminated for asking for holiday and leave on Saturday. After termination, the company does not provide any compensation or notice. When asked about this, they claim that their policies are designed to benefit only the management. The person in the highest position often has less knowledge than the employees, they direct more experienced and knowledgeable staff on what to do. Once you resign from the company, they do not provide proper documentation, making it difficult for you to move on to new opportunities. The office environment leaves much to be desired. It’s not uncommon to find cockroaches in the coffee area. Additionally, despite working late into the night, employees cannot expect any meals to be provided. Overall, the company's treatment of employees and the work environment are deeply concerning and need significant improvement.
