Pros
This is a very good college job, especially if you enjoy meeting people and creating a fun environment for customers to have a good time. This job is great for students due to the flexibility in the availability you can choose so it works well around class schedules. Lastly, you get rewarded for the work that you put in, if you create a fun and safe environment for the customers, you will be tipped well.
Cons
Due to the nature of the job, the payday checks are inconsistent. If during one pay period you tend to a lot of parties or off-sites, you will have a large paycheck. If the pay period was slow or you didn't get scheduled as much, your paycheck may be lacking. In addition, employees are scheduled based on the parties that are scheduled, so if there is a lack of parties, there will be a lack of scheduling.
