Pros

1. Flexible Working Arrangements: The firm offers excellent flexibility, which supports a healthy work-life balance and adapts well to modern professional needs. 2. Supportive Culture: Lawyers and partners are approachable and genuinely supportive, fostering a positive collaborative atmosphere. 4. Professional Development: Great emphasis on training and upskilling for non-legal staff, which is a significant value-add for career growth. 3. Modern Infrastructure: The firm invests in high-end technology and digital tools, which makes working remotely or in a hybrid model seamless and efficient.

Cons

While the firm attracts high-caliber legal talent, there is a noticeable gap in management expertise. Several leadership positions are held by individuals who lack the formal management training or professional qualifications necessary to effectively guide their teams. For example, some of the managers (head of departments) promoted from junior secreatary level. This creates a disconnect between the highly skilled legal staff and the internal leadership, often leading to inefficiencies in workflow and team development.
