Pros
If you can't find employment anywhere else, work here.
The installs are good.
Cons
Pay sounds good on paper, but they find every excuse not to pay you.
Owners of the company hold the "opportunity" over your head and do their best to make you feel like it's the best and only option for employment. Saying things like "If you didn't have this opportunity, what else would you do? Where else could you work? What other options do you have?" Extremely toxic.
High expectations, very little training.
In office leadership, as your team grows and reps are promoted to subordinate leaders, your pay gets cut to pay them.
Favoritism is very apparent. Company owners make decisions based on hearsay and only listen to the people they like.
Owners do not care one bit about anyone other than themselves, but try their best to make it seem like they do. They're failed attempts though, it doesn't work, it's very apparent.
They bait people in saying "It's a true 1099, we won't set your schedule." That's a lie. They expect everyone to work 7 days a week and tell you you're lazy if you don't. If you don't work both weekend days, you're lazy. They don't believe in days off, saying "If you want a day off, work in the afternoons, two days of that and those half days equal a whole day off. Then you can work 7 days in a row."
They promise incentives that they don't fulfill.
They adjust payscales, work environment, and process changes frequently. Seems as though they don't know what they're doing, so they have adopted the trial and error method, and don't care who it affects.
