Brilliant company to work for - Anonymous employee Reinvigoration Employee Review

We are incredibly disappointed to read this review. Whilst we appreciate that everyone is entitled to their opinion, it appears that this review has been written with the sole intent of damaging Reinvigoration with false accusations. Our Office Manager, along with a number of employees have chosen to write a fair review of working with us which can be viewed here on Glassdoor. All of our associates work outside IR35 and therefore are unable to access any our team events and meetings and are paid against a fair and transparent rate card. Reinvigoration has a fantastic culture and is a great place to work. We have recently been listed as one of the UK’s Best Consulting & Professional Services Workplaces in the renowned Great Place to Work survey, and 100% of colleagues saying that Reinvigoration is a great place to work. Colleagues have high levels of employee engagement (over 90%), appreciate our transparency and feel able to give the leadership team open and honest feedback so we can constantly improve. Reinvigoration has worked with almost 100 different professionals successfully in over 13 years of trading, with no issues at all. Only on one occasion have we had to end a contract early due to poor professional standards and behaviour that directly opposed our well embedded company values and behaviours. We respect Glassdoor’s policy that allows anyone to write a review on any organisation without validation on the content. It does however leave the door open for people to be dishonest and it is for this reason we decided to respond on this occasion.
