it is a lot of information but it's not a con just take your time learn it and you'll be just fine

Great company to work for overall. Work-life balance is great and leadership is very helpful. If you want to grow you can do so very quickly if you do your job, show up, volunteer for things and don't let your emotions control you. Training is cool, OJT is rough. If you can make it through the first 3 months, you have survived the hardest part and can do ANYTHING.

Metrics sometimes are not realistic, especially AHT. We are expected to go into great depth and provide lots of information on each call, but AHT is only 7 minutes.
