Pros
Full training is given and there will be plenty of opportunity to practice mock calls and listen to live calls.
One of the benefits of the job for me is knowing that I am part of a team helping other people, some of whom are in a bad place – it feels good to have played a part in resolving their problems.
The role is fast paced and every call is different, and it helps to be quick thinking. you’ll need to be empathetic and tactful as you will be dealing with people’s finances and health which can be sensitive subjects.

It is all telephone work and some of the calls can be difficult/sensitive
