Pros
The wonderful clients we got to interact with and some of the colleagues I worked with do not outweigh the negatives. Even though the salary was decent, it was absolutely not worth the stress they put me through. I respect my work and my clients far too much to accept that.
Cons
There was a huge lack of communication from management, frequent personnel changes at the head office leading to instability, minimal training, and disorganized management. There were often contradictory directives from different departments, constant micromanagement, and questionable business decisions that directly impacted employees and customers. The company culture clearly leaves much to be desired, respect for employees does not seem to be a priority. Additionally, there was no clear guide on procedures, and answers often varied depending on who you asked.
