Pros
Part of previously owned GfK team:
Worked primarily remote, but never felt disconnected from my team. Environment allowed professional growth. Product and services are competitively aligned for its market space.
Cons
Because my organization wasn’t a direct NIQ flagship product, it felt like we were a JV team when cross-selling through shared clients.
That said, too many cooks in the kitchen when collaborating with the greater NIQ organization as opposed to internally managing our own workload. Some might deal well with this, but I felt that it impeded some of my relationships with clients.
