They keep deducting salary for unjustified reasons. Not a professional set-up to work in. They remove the Holidays according to their own convenience. Very little structure. No growth as well. Very High attrition.

Workload can spike during client deadlines, leading to longer hours and occasional burnout. Management feedback loops could be tighter – more regular 1:1s would help. Benefits are okay, but competitive leave policies (like unlimited PTO) would go a long way in India’s fast-paced market.
