Pros
Overall the company has a lot of employees and makes you feel very much at home. The employees are would keep people around because it's the relationships that make this everyone happy.
Cons
I was an inspector at the facility for a few years. The people are really great and you do feel like you are part of a family but the company is so cheap that at one point they stopped purchasing paper towels because it was not in their budget. Or coffee creamer and sugar. Which just turns into employees having to supply their own and coming out of pocket. The company is good and solid but the management is young and probably could learn a few things from seasoned professionals to retain employees and keep morale up
