Overall not great - Server Nudy's Cafe Employee Review

Nudy's has a very positive work environment. Managers are supportive of staff and create a work environment that promotes a sense of growth and satisfaction. Scheduling and work location is flexible to accommodate work/life balance. Business operations are highly organized, making busy times mostly stress free and work procedures easier to learn. There are many repeat customers that are friendly and appreciate staff. Overall it's a fun place to work, good management, good coworkers, happy customers and engaging tasks.

I haven't experienced a whole lot of bad stuff while working at Nudy's. It's just a solid place to work. When it's slow it's kind of boring but that's any job.

This company offers none to bother to report

Dirty store, mice, unhealthy work environment, old run down equipment, managers dont even have keys to the restaurant, managers have to wait till kitchen staff shows up to enter store, as a Manager you just baby sit and wait for the owner to call and complain about something he sees on the cameras. The so called Corp office is run by two old women who have no clue about to work with managers and only tell you this is the way the only way we do things.This is not a company but a restaurant run by 3 ppl and get paid the most and everyone else is just a expendable employee
