Pros
My working experience as a DSI employee, contracted to government healthcare projects, was good, no complaints. Work life balance was good. Management was interactive with me and supportive with any training resources, questions and concerns I might have had. I would still be with DSI had it not been for one of the government projects making an offer to me, and me accepting.
Cons
Compensation started a little below market value, but after my first year, probably a proofing period, it adjusted to a level that was close to market value.
