Great team and great work and life balance.

Not a lot of scope for promotion or replacement of colleagues who have left and current staff ending up doing their colleagues jobs for a lower pay.

Good benefits in overall, including very good AL allowance, sickness pay. Salary was good. Flexible working, wfh, managing my own time. Some good colleagues, nice offices, relaxed place. Stable jobs. I learnt a lot in my roles. Canteen food and colleagues there!

Some employees are very incompetent but managers are not encouraged to deal with that. You can get in trouble for pointing out a bad performance as employees feel strong with their rights. Job never gets done on time, everything is slow and lots of bureaucracy. Very difficult to get to other jobs- it is easier to get invitied to interviews by other companies. Dissapointing...
