- Relatively simple work: cooking, cleaning, prepping, etc... - Well developed procedures for most processes in the back of the house - Plenty of opportunities to advance (see Cons)

- Managers requiring off the clock work, with Area Coaches who are aware of it but seem to encourage it - Depending on store, you advance regardless of whether you wanted to or not - Managers come in drunk or high, especially on nights when the next weeks scheduling is to be done. - While video training is provided, you are shown short videos, given a tiny "quiz" then fed to the wolves.
