      Pros

      The BCBA was truly a gem! She genuinely cared about her kiddos, and it showed in her work. She is honestly the best BCBA I have ever worked with. I would go back to working with this company, no problem.

      I honestly don't have any. The hiring process was easy, and the staff was great!

      Many RBTs are not invested or trained properly No follow up on concerning issues No bonus, 401k, insurance, etc.
