Pros

Above average pay for your job title

Cons

They have the worst three-month probation policy, where if you don't pass it, you'll be terminated, which was not discussed during onboarding. Few leave credits

Pros

Flexi time, Work from home Great co-workers except for the People Managers

Cons

Office politics, some get promoted even if unqualified - just need to be "friendly" with the right people. No room from growth if you are not the "kiss you-know-what" type. Low pay and the only benefit is HMO + a very small amount for allowance. One department in particular keeps losing their talented employees.
