OT = means more hard working Absolutely poor work-life balance. Expect you to work and be contactable after hours and during weekends Bad management with unclear structures and instructions Do not join if you value your work life boundaries If you're a fresh grad or someone who have zero experience in freight forwarding industry, they will teach you once and throw you in and expect you to know everything like a robot in a span of a 2 months and calls it their "probation period" Unclear and messy procedure in general. rarely good employees benefits as well
