The school’s culture is built on collaboration, accountability, and pride in providing students with an exceptional education and community experience. Leadership encourages innovation and supports staff who go above and beyond for their students. There’s a shared sense of purpose here whether you’re teaching, coaching, or working in administration, everyone contributes to the same goal of preparing students for success beyond high school. The staff community is strong and supportive, and professional growth is a real priority. Over the years, I’ve seen teachers and support staff develop into leaders thanks to the school’s trust, mentorship, and investment in their growth. The students are incredible; hardworking, respectful, and proud to represent Franklin Towne.
Cons
Like any high-performing school, the workload can be demanding, especially during peak times in the school year. However, the reward of seeing students succeed and the strong team environment make it well worth the effort.
