The place has zero ventilation, no window you can faint from the low oxygen levels, employees sit in stations like boxes with no ventilation while senior management each in room with multiple windows they close in the doors blocking oxygen flow to station. Extremely unprofessional, zero governance, hiring HR lies as if they work in sales. Conflict of interest everywhere, Unsafe work environment, titles really matters, and directors abuse there power, no instructions, no guidance, no anything yet they blame everyone on everything. Shouting in employees face is completely normal, no one reports anything and no one take action towards anything. Discrimination, bullying go unnoticed and simply no one cares and there is no one that is trusted to talk to they gossip and share and who report will be left out and blamed for reporting. Old employees have impunity, they dont work and annoy everyone and no one can do anything about it. There is no communication channels, departments argue with each others, no one share any info to be the one who works,everyone is in pure hell everyday
