Some employees are "prima-donnas" and get people fired due to personality issues, not work issues.

Some coworkers are genuine and great to work with. The company also has good diversity.

In my experience, the work environment felt toxic due to poor leadership and management practices. There appeared to be frequent turnover that I believe was tied to leadership challenges. I observed gossip, misinformation, and a lack of professionalism across departments, including at the management level. This created a negative atmosphere that made it difficult to work effectively.
