      The staff are enthusiastic, dedicated but ultimately over worked and burnt out.

      Cons

      The company is run by people that in no way have their emotions in check and will run staff into the ground. Their motto is "we are a start up first and a game studio second" and it shows.

      met some lovely people, some staff were good to get along with.

      Cons

      staff were heavily burned out, upper management never bothered to listen, routinely talked down to, some staff were outright dismissive.
