Pros
Deline Media offers a great learning environment with plenty of opportunities to grow. Salaries are always on time (usually credited around the 5th or 6th of every month). The company provides good benefits like PF, Gratuity and fuel allowance. The work culture is improving and I’ve noticed better employee recognition programs being introduced recently. Overall its good organization.
Cons
The company mostly follows an onsite work policy with remote work allowed only in rare cases. There’s a bit of micromanagement at time but it’s generally manageable. Employees are expected to complete a standard 40-hour work week which keeps schedules organized but may limit flexibility for some.
