Pros

Incredible leadership team! C-Suite is kind, generous, flexible and so driven to continue to make Viral Coach a great place to work! Best health insurance plan I've ever seen. We have a 2k yearly deductible and monthly premiums are covered by the company 100% for employees and 75% for dependents. All plans premiums (single, employee + children, employee + spouse, family) are under $200 per paycheck (again, free for employees). Dental and Vision are 100% covered by the company too, free to the employees. Very fast growth company, a ton of room for opportunities for high achievers and team players. Feedback and suggestions are always welcomed and quickly executed upon. Very competitive pay for everyone in the company, comp structure is based on performance and they recognize that if you win the company wins too, so they compensate accordingly. Truly 100% remote and async. Minimal team meetings on the calendar, freeing up a lot of time to focus and get work done. Viral Coach focuses on building a team of A-Players, and it's so refreshing to work with other A-Players, everyone together is building an incredible company. It feels like a once-in-a-lifetime find.

Cons

It's a fast growing company, so you have to be flexible to work with constant changes and be adaptable. I wouldn't consider a con myself, but I know some people prefer environments where everything is a set-in-stone process where they can comfortably settle in and do the same thing over and over. This is not it.

Pros

Prior to joining Viral Coach, I had no previous experience working within an Operations team. While the learning curve was steep, the guidance and support from my leadership made the transition much smoother. I'm able to use my strengths, which are reflected in the quality of my work and the projects I handle. Our team operates cohesively, maintaining open and consistent communication to make sure we're all aligned on shared objectives. When challenges arise, we collaborate to address them and move forward together. Honestly the ability to work remotely has given me time back, contributing to a much improved work-life balance. Overall, this has been one of the most rewarding roles of my career and I look forward to the years to come.

Cons

These aren't necessarily cons, but realities of the role that may not suit everyone. This position relies on self-sufficiency. Success requires strong self-motivation and personal accountability. You won't be micromanaged, but you are trusted to deliver results independently and on time without needing to be prompted. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are important, as things in the role can shift and require you to pivot quickly. Training is mostly hands-on and learned through doing, though I've seen significant improvements to this process since I started. The first month can feel like a lot of information to absorb at once, but the role becomes highly rewarding once everything begins to come together.
