- management gate-keep and prevent employees from growing by sabotaging their promotions in order to receive a promotion themselves and use up the entire budget for their own raise
- high employee turnover due to not granting them well-deserved raises and promotions. many people had to leave the company after years of dedicating their time and hard work
- low pay
- HR does not care about any concerns you have. In fact, half the time there is no HR rep
- poor culture, the Finance team is run by quiet, introverted and antisocial people that don't know how to carry a simple conversation. very awkward and uncomfortable work environment
- management don't know the real answers themselves but expect entry-level employees to know everything to make up for their lack of knowledge and experience
- Finance manager is sassy and condescending. Will call you out in front of the team for any minor inconvenience
- CEO is self-centered and only cares about her salary. No regard for the employees and their well-being
