      Coworkers are smart, engaged, mission-driven (at least on my team), and engaged. The work-life balance is great, and you can work the minimal 35-40 hours per week or clock overtime.

      Cons

      The work can be repetitive; technological systems are old and poorly integrated; you have to navigate byzantine systems if you want to make an impact
