Pros

Has been a great place to work as someone starting a new family. Attorneys can work from home often, although we do still like to have an in-office culture. HR puts on events almost monthly with free food and drinks. Partners are responsive.

Cons

No work laptops yet, but it's being worked on!

Pros

My experience working at Wilhite Law Firm so far has been pretty positive. While the firm is clearly still going through some changes and adjustments, my overall impression has been a good one. Here are a few key pros I've observed: Work-Life Balance: The balance between work responsibilities and personal time has been fairly manageable, which I truly appreciate. Emergency Management: When unexpected situations arise, the firm has handled them reasonably well so far. Compensation: The pay is decent and aligns well with the responsibilities of the role. Teamwork: Collaboration among coworkers has noticeably improved over the past few months. It’s encouraging to see a stronger team dynamic forming. Attorneys: Several of the attorneys I’ve worked with have been helpful, patient, and willing to share their knowledge. Their approachability makes a big difference in day-to-day learning and growth. While there's always room for improvement, I’m optimistic about the direction things are heading and look forward to seeing how the firm continues to evolve.

Cons

one ongoing challenge is the workplace environment across some offices. There are times when personal attitudes and emotions are not kept in check, which can affect team morale and communication. While this doesn’t undo the positive aspects of the job, it is something that impacts the overall work experience and could benefit from continued attention and improvement. Overall, I’m hopeful about the firm’s direction and look forward to seeing continued progress in both culture and operations.
