Very skilled and well-intentioned owners, great people overall, lots of long-term employees, company nicely balanced between progress and sustainability, company has a great reputation. Nice emphasis on making sure the employee is doing work they enjoy as long as it can be reasonably accommodated by the company. Great company values and morals.

Benefits are pretty poor overall, though the owners have indicated they are working on that and I am looking forward to seeing how they improve in this area. Management skills haven't always been the strongest but have shown improvement. Not a very flexible employer in the modern sense but have seen indications this might be changing as well.

Company is growing and becoming Accountant heavy. Micro-manages employees in Alaska. Over charges customers in Lower 48. Pay is very low. Owner is great guy, but I found that people would just say what they knew he wanted to hear instead of what was really going on in their territories. No marketing, some areas little help in field. Accounting department is not customer friendly. Bean counters.
