As the title says, it's a great environment for those who naturally try to deliver and find new approaches Quite versatile and horizontal. You can literally easily chat with any area
Cons
Hard to say given I'm very autonomous and proactive. It's not a con, but it has a natural consequence of being a fast paced environment (startup) in the sense that some workflows and structures are not completely designed but then... its a good thing at the same time to have less bureaucracy
