The company is significantly understaffed, and employee turnover is high. Many team members leave due to concerns about management style, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of proper tools and support needed to succeed.
There is also a noticeable inconsistency in training and processes. New employees are often trained by colleagues who are themselves unclear on certain procedures, resulting in different individuals handling the same tasks in completely different ways. This creates confusion, inefficiency, and unnecessary stress.
As an attorney, I was expected to work long hours and weekends while being compensated at a rate more comparable to paralegal pay. The workload consistently exceeded what was discussed during the interview process, and the compensation did not align with the level of responsibility required.
Employee appreciation and morale appear to be low. There is little to no recognition for hard work, and employees are expected to work on holidays such as Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve without meaningful acknowledgment or incentive.
