As for compensation, with a technology organization consisting of dozens of engineers and specialists across multiple domains, it simply would not be possible to recruit and retain this level of talent if compensation was genuinely below market standards. Most importantly, while many companies globally continue to go through waves of layoffs and instability, Boutiqaat continues investing in its people, technology, and long-term growth. You will not hear regular layoff news coming from our organization because we focus on building sustainable teams and long-term value. Like any serious enterprise environment, expectations are high, accountability exists, and the pace can be demanding. That environment may not suit everyone, and that is completely fine. But fairness and professionalism matter when sharing public feedback that can influence other people’s careers and decisions.
