Pros
Solid benefits and salary, company on-sites. The people are great, it’s a unique and very complex product. Encourages innovation.
Cons
There’s no work life balance whatsoever. If the CEO is working until 2-3 am you better be too or you can expect getting yelled at the next day. While fraud doesn’t ever stop, the top down leadership encourages working insane hours every single day. This isn’t one off, the whole company across all departments is consistently working 12 hour days every day. It’s incredibly unhealthy.
Great people, but I’ve never worked with so many miserable people in their job because of leadership. Several folks across teams experiencing health issues from the burnout and stress.
Certain folks with tenure are protected.
Terrible culture.
The CEO is so involved day to day, all more reason you have no free time. It’s all so toxic and the business model isn’t sustainable.
