Pros

Sports-emphasised, medical leave, work from home, free lunch & parking.

Cons

Cronyism runs the whole organisation. With middle management having a close-knitted relationship, nobody can speak out to the higher management without getting into trouble. Add to the fact that the digital marketing management is run by emotional judgement and is hardly logical. So when you impart hard facts, datas, and even real evidence, things are avoided or simply dismissed. Today, despite leaving for more than a year already, anyone can tell you the performance of NiroGranite through industrial-standard digital intelligence tool. And yet internally, books/datas are cooked up with self-made worksheets to show that kPi is always achievable, and not with direct platform reporting. It's completely immoral and unethical.

Pros

(1) staff benefits (depending on the job grade) - claimable petrol & car maintenance, car allowance, phone allowance, accommodation & flight (for outstation travel) (2) salary & EPF contribution paid timely - without miss (3) provided activities for employees - weekly Zumba, yoga & pickleball session (covered by company)

Cons

(1) yearly increment - 6.5% to 4% (if not getting promoted) (2) low bonus rate - averagely about 1.0 to 1.5 months (3) no clear development planning for staff promotion (for potential employees). Usually happened to replace those resigned, or countered by Management if the employee himself/herself resign. Have low expectation for the increment if this situation happen. It's all depends on the Management's decision, regardless any justification (4) meal is provided - but only on Tuesday & Thursday. Staff have to spend for lunch on the other days. Suggestion: to revise the menu (5) inconsistent decision from HOD (not applied to all dept.) (6) got recognition/reward for employees - but depending on dept. initiative (some have, some not). It's not applied to all employees as a Group (7) Culture - circles VS circles (8) Attendance record - using apps that sometimes inconvenient, especially if require traveling to multiple locations in a day
