      - some staff consider their work most important, this feeds into disinterest / unwillingness to cooperate as they look down on others - seniors in area make big promises about opportunities that never materialise

      Good networking opportunities and chances to learn about the energy industry as a whole. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Great work-life balance for the most part

      Little chance for progression. Managers in positions without any chance of change irreagrless of compentency/performance. If you get a good kne great - if not very small chance of any meaningful change
