The people are amazing and it's a beautiful lot. Lots of amenities such as a gym, Starbucks, and two restaurants.

Very little internal movement available, rarely opportunities for promotion, lack of employee engagement (screenings, etc.), HR tends to feel unapproachable for career development opportunities. Management unstable, quite a few CEO's & owners over the last years creating an environment that spreads unease. The pay divide between top and bottom are atrocious and is getting close to some dystopian movie the company would make. Most non-executive salaries are not enough for a single person to rent a one bedroom in the area.
