Pros

I will say if you fit their mold and they like you, you can make good money.

Cons

They’ll underplay their requirements to “test out” of training. They will tell you false things and then only allow their favorites to pass and fire the rest.

Pros

Positive team environment for recruiters Recruiting managers do monthly reviews and look for ways to improve or continue on your path Regional GMs work well with recruiters to keep the process moving after interview

Cons

Recruiting for areas where you don't understand the culture makes it difficult to decide how to move forward with phone screens. Regional GMs give vague description desires for candidates, and all installer positions start around $20/hr. Pay for all positions seems to start low, while constantly talking about the rocketship that is WSH and being a billion dollar company
