Culture Leadership is awful I’m not sure how they’re even legal

Conveniently located city central office

During my time at the company, I experienced a work culture that felt unsupportive and, at times, emotionally damaging. Concerns about inappropriate behavior and unprofessional treatment were raised multiple times through formal channels, yet no meaningful action was taken to address them. This created an environment where problematic behavior was allowed to persist, negatively impacting employee well-being. Several colleagues, including myself, experienced a noticeable decline in mental health due to prolonged workplace stress, with some ultimately choosing to leave the organisation. Additionally, the business has undergone multiple rounds of redundancies, contributing to an atmosphere of instability and uncertainty. While there may be some areas of the company that function well, my personal experience was overwhelmingly negative due to a lack of effective support and accountability from senior leadership and HR.
