The leadership team loves what they do, they are dedicated and committed to the success and growth of our organization and its employees. They have and share with us portions of the business plan, marketing plan, and organization company structure. The administration wants to talk to us about our goals and they ask us to schedule time on their calendars. The Attorneys are approachable.

Because the company is changing at a quick rate, the policies and procedures are constantly changing. However, it is nice to know that they are planning ahead.

Mostly everyone was easy and nice to work with. At first it’s a food job. Them you start to see the real deal.

They have nepotism. Some know each other from out of work so that explains it as well. You could be getting paid way better somewhere else for what they have you doing. Very stressful as well for the amount of pay.
