No real management overseeing anything so no responsibilities for job roles. Nobody got fired.

Company promotes itself as ethical but in reality, the owner has an obsession with providing military gear to questionable armies such as ones that use child soldiers in Africa to the IDF that is destroying Gaza. Nothing is really as it seems with the marketing to how it operates. Pretty racist environment even though they promote diversity online and market the company that way it almost seems like ownership takes the money made to then invest in military products that destroy the environment and humans.

Great staff to learn from. They encourage growth and enthusiasm and welcome new ideas.

If you like a fast-paced environment, this is not for you. Working retail requires many hours of manning the store without closing a sale, but this is more of a con on the retail industry than for WUXLY itself. It's a great workplace!
