Pros
- kind colleagues overall, only some are annoying & unfriendly - no micromanaging from others - fast paced, definitely can learn a lot if fully utilized your stay there - diversed races in the firm, u will not feel lonely as minority
Cons
- boss super strict & too harsh on staffs, sometimes too hostile that it causes staffs to mentally suffer - little to no benefit at all - low pay, but expectations too high. i was expected to already master everything even though i am only in my second year - too many works, but too little support staffs - claims too little, not worth it at all - expected to work on weekends too, a lot of times - i dont think there is much career growth while working there, so dont expect too much
