Thank you for your valuable feedback. EBS strives to offer attractive, affordable benefits to our employees. Management conducts wage and salary surveys and makes adjustments to compensation when warranted. Our sales employees are capable of earning upwards to six figures, additionally, all positions are subject to a bonus program, when various performance metrics are met. The company will continue to conduct annual compensation reviews to ensure we remain competitive.

The company values all feedback as this gives us an opportunity to evaluate our processes and address deficiencies. Though our Company wide State of the Company (SOTC) meetings, weekly (or bi-weekly) team meetings, regional weekly operations meetings, monthly newsletter, and daily updates, we strive to communicate the Company goals and overall direction. We review our short- and long-term goals each quarter at the SOTC meetings and publish our quarterly, annual, three- and 10-year plans touching on what we will look, and act like in addition to traditional growth, revenue, and profitability goals. Each department has quarterly bonus opportunities, each one associated with making the Company better. Through our shared Core Values, we strive to create a cohesive organization that spans multiple states, marketplaces, and branches. Thank you for your feedback and passion and please talk to your manager, human resources, regional VP, or President if you have questions about our direction or operational knowledge.
