Pros
The dogs are always a plus. They’re sweet, but even when they’re not, you know they’re not at fault. The coworkers were great and sweet.
Cons
Management and the owners are a nightmare. They claim to give benefits during the interview process when the reality is the only benefit they offer is a discount on boarding your dog there. They offer no PTO or any benefits for a job that is so physically demanding on top of the fact that management is so anal and makes working there a nightmare. They’re more concerned about you going over your only 15 minute break than you getting seriously ill or injured. God forbid you don’t do the task list they give you on the hour every hour because they’ll talk down to you if you’re even a minute behind. But, if you need a time off for a serious medical appointment or you becoming seriously injured on the job, they ask you to reschedule your health. Aside from that, don’t leave your dogs here. The cages are rusted and the overworked employees have to wrestle some of the aggressive dogs that are allowed to stay here.
