A money-hungry owner who is charge-happy and to an extreme level. This added revenue is not shared with the technician staff that does the largest share of work. They charge clients specialty prices and pay technicians substandard wages. Management will make things up and pressure you until you break. Owner lines their pockets by "employing" their spouse for minimal work presence. Nick is not to be trusted and will lie if he thinks it will please the owner. Employee benefits are also basically non-existent as the discount is the same as a rescue gets 20%.

Clean, new facility and most of the staff is very pleasant

They don't provide enough training whatsoever and pretty judgemental if you aren't exactly what they think you should be.
