Pros
Lovely People, throughout the entire group.
Company Health Scheme, bonus and annual pay rises
Bonus is group wide, so is not subject to being influenced by personality clashes
Cons
there is some inconsistencies between depots (e.g. some allow office/admin to WFH, other don't)
Every one gets the same bonus, a bit of a kick in the teeth if you are never late, absent, always give 100% knowing that some one who does not have the same attitude gets the same
performance reviews are not done so you don't get feedback on what you have done well (or not),
pay rises do not seem to be performance related
