      Spend a lot of time for professional development. If you're willing to learn you can excel. Agile work, you can agree your own hours. Many choose to not work Fridays.

      Cons

      Desk space isn't great, lots of hot-desking. No parking on site, all on street parking which makes your day longer having to walk in.
