Working on real projects that impacted the nation. You will learn a lot if you're willing to challenge yourself, depending on your department and supervisors. Benefits are great. Bonus and increment are fair.
Cons
Leaderships are cowards when it comes to accountability. Nobody is willing to take the necessary risk in order to move forward. Even worse when your upper leadership is from non-technical background and leading a very technical unit. To say it's a joke is an understatement.
