The pay timetable means the pay is consistent over half-terms. If you get the right person in the office they are helpful. The kids are funny and sweet and remind you life isn't so serious.

Pay is a month in arrears. The office staff have no practical knowledge and make decisions that dont make sense on the ground. Sometimes they listen, mostly they are difficult to work with almost feels like theyre very against you. No work phone and are expected to give your personal number out. They have an app, it doesnt work but its not the apps fault. No training whatsoever.

Poor pay as zerp hoir contract,No jpb syability or prosoects. Mangement inefficient and not very understanding. Poor culture and organisation. Exprected to be on ' stand by"when not assigned a school run
