Pros
Excellent benefits, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, disaster relief funds.
Cons
The staff is friendly but often they lack of proper skills to organize, distribute workload, ability to do paperwork properly, leading to an unefficient and toxic environment where employees doesn't care anymore. It is a shame that the orientation is about 30 hours of reading but not doing. Being a facility oriented towards psychology, they sure have no idea how to even start using it. Becomes evident when you see how much coffee and nicotine the employees use to cope with the workload. Quite frankly still not the worse place to work at, as long as you know how to not to aquire the same toxic attitudes from other workers. Oh and often they pay like every 3 weeks. Bs.
