Pros
Chill, same assigned tasks everyday, quiet office
Cons
Lots of work thrown at you , highly monitored even it’s not mentioned even by people who are not superior to you nor get paid to worry about what you do, most of your work will be handed to you from another dept and prob will be half complete, yet you’ll still be responsible for missing info, pick and choose who can do half complete work , lots of cross training and no extra pay , no room for growth , almost $1 or .50 raise per year, harsh pto policies, claims no remote work but some WFH, will be overworked, EXTREMELY high turnover rate, document everything because staff will be quick to throw you under the bus, will tell you to take breaks and stand to prevent occupational diseases…just to then mention you took too long in the bathroom, even though it is salary pay it is operated as a per hr gig very hard to have a life or attend any appointments with work schedule, huge pay differences between departments meanwhile attorneys take home 85% more while doing little to no work for the cases, also high substitution rate with clients because no one ever has information for them some even come in office irate and confused often
